Mr. Timothy Ruggiero is an Environmental Scientist with nearly five years of professional experience. He received his B.A. degree in Earth Science from Millersville University in 2012.
Mr. Ruggiero has supported field and office tasks associated with air emissions testing, stack testing, cylinder gas audits (CGAs), compliance testing, indoor air testing, and mold identification testing (previous employment). He also has performed Phase I environmental assessments, system operation & maintenance (O&M), and in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) assignments. He routinely leads soil, groundwater, surface water, and hazardous waste sampling efforts; logs geo-environmental and geotechnical borings; directs monitor, pumping, and injection well installations; conducts groundwater pumping tests; leads underground storage tank (UST) removals; oversees soil vapor extraction activities; and performs geophysical surveys using ground penetrating radar (GPR) and electro-magnetic (EM31) units.
Mr. Ruggiero assists with construction of geographic information system (GIS) databases, and utilizes GIS to create maps/figures and evaluate analytical results associated with his project assignments. He also provides technical writing support during preparation of project work plans and reports. The majority of Mr. Ruggiero’s remedial investigation and remediation experience has been obtained at sites in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.← Back to Staff
